Athlete Performance Training
Athletes of all levels-novice through professional-are placed on an individualized strength and conditioning program.  Programs are designed based on each athlete’s needs and goals, as determined through an initial assessment.  Each athlete is coached through his or her program and will progress through multiple phases to not only increase the athlete’s strengths, but also his/her mobility, flexibility, speed, overall athleticism, and confidence.
Not only do MADE athletes see results during their season, many of them break records, receive awards, and are awarded scholarships.

 

Adult Training
The adult training program is formatted to help with mobility and flexibility, overall strength and fitness gains, and most importantly, to move well again and get rid of those nagging aches and pains.  This is not a traditional boot camp program designed to beat you down and leave you in a puddle of sweat.  The MADE adult program is designed to help you meet your goals in a safe and effective way, and also make you feel great.
